This policy explains what information Spanglish Enterprises LLC collects through spanglishenterprises.com and what we do with it. We collect only what we need to run the site and reply to your messages.
Information you send us
When you use the contact form, you send us:
- Your name and email address
- Your company name, if you include it
- The service you're interested in, your budget and your preferred language
- Your message
We use this only to reply to you and, if you decide to work with us, to prepare your proposal. The form sends your message by email to our team through Resend, our email provider. The site does not store your message in a database.
If you email us directly, we use your message the same way.
Information collected automatically
- Site statistics: we use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits in aggregate (for example, which pages are viewed and from which country). It doesn't use cookies and doesn't let us identify you.
- Server logs: our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical data such as your IP address and browser to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Cookies
The site uses one cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers whether you prefer the English or Spanish version. It's needed for the site to work, isn't used for advertising, and is deleted when you close your browser. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Who we share information with
We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with the providers we need to run the site (Vercel for hosting and statistics, Resend for email), and when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep contact messages while they're useful for replying to you or while we have a working relationship with you. If we don't end up working together, we delete them once we no longer need them.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@spanglishenterprises.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is meant for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with the date it was updated.
